Mike Murray’s expertise spans copper-based alloys, ESOP structuring, and global market expansion, making him a trusted advisor for foundry owners and investors alike.
Mike started Northern Ductile Castings (NDC) and sold it to Intermet in 1986. NDC was a $25 million profitable foundry company with three foundries. NDC was an idle bankrupt foundry when Mike purchased the assets.
Then as CEO of La Grange Foundry (LGF), Subsidiary of Atchison Casting, (ACC), he reduced cash losses by $150,000 per month in a sixty-day period.
Mike also acted as turnaround CEO of 2 aluminum die casting firms. He designed and implemented marketing campaigns for the sale of ten metal casting companies including 2 aluminum die casting firms.
